As you’ve probably already discovered I blog about a wide range of things. I blog about my silly little ideas and my life. I blog about natural living, essential oils, creative and DIY-projects like knitting, crochet, paper art …. I blog about reuse, old cars (mainly vintage vw ) I blog about food and share my recipes. I blog about gardening, nature, love….
Most blogs are more specific – more into one theme… but you know what … I’m just not like that. I’m more like all over… all in a beautiful chaos called pieces of my life.
The purpose of this blog is to bring something positive, a sunbeam, inspiration and happiness to you, my blog readers.
I’ve tried to make some order into all the themes and the idea of this blog is more like a lifestyle magazine – you’ll find all the categories and themes in the main menu.
So if you’re into happy homemade, natural, reuse, nature, healthy, hippie, boho, relaxed lifestyle I hope you’ll find something of interest.
This blog is in English and Norwegian. Some articles are in Norwegian only, some in English only – some are both… hoping to reach both my English speaking and Norwegian friends and blog readers this way.

Yesterday I talked about old cars… today I want to serve you my fresh, sweet, delightful smoothie.
It’s made with fruit/berries only, it’s vegan, no sugar added and it’s super easy to make. I promise you’ll feel good and energised after a glass of this red yummyness.
Here is my bowl of ingredients:
Fresh, sweet, delightful smoothie
1 apple
1 banana
200 ml frozen raspberries
30 ml Ningxia Red goji berry juice
50 ml homemade kombucha
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
Servers 1-2 glasses
I’ve served the smoothie in a old long drink glass. Added a metal straw and a little peppermint leaf.
Using a metal straw instead of plastic is a minimal contribution to lower the use of plastic and plastic waste… but still … if we all do a little bit it will take us to a better place concerning the amount of plastic waste.
