time for some Pumpkin love the last day of October. 🎃🍁 As you may have noticed I love making food from scratch and I love using local food and even food from the garden if possible. It’s time for pumpkins and even in Norway we decorate and set the big jack o lanterns outside for Halloween. But very few people actually know what to do with the delicious edible pumpkins. This saturday night i enjoy one Of my all time favourite drinks. Super tasty and all alcohol free - and to top it off it's pretty healthy and all natural too! 💛 This elderflower-lemon-lime limonade reminds me of summer, flowers and long late nights. The lemon and lime is filled with vitamin c and the elderflower juice is meant to be a immune booster. I love try and make different recipes and different types of sugar scrubs. I make only small batches each time so they won't sit on my shelf for long. 🇳🇴&🇬🇧Kaldgrøt lagd av havregryn er en super start på dagen eller et finfint mellommåltid å ta med seg på tur, som skolemat eller liten lunsj på jobb. Det fine med kaldgrøten er at den lager seg selv og trenger ikke koking eller varming. Lag grøten i et glass med lokk, om kvelden, og den er klar til å spises om morgenen. Lovesong to Lilacs

The lilacs are still blossoming some places in Oslo. I LOVE lilacs. They are the sign of spring evolving to summer, they bring the best scent, lovely color and promises of warm summer days and long, light summer nights. The bliss of warm air to the skin, bare feet on the grass, happy days in the garden. If that isn't good enough lilacs are also edible - perfect to sprinkle on top of desserts, cakes and salads for a festive look. You can even make syrup, jelly or whatever comes to your mind. Today I want to share my lilac syrup recipe.
