Kaldgrøt – perfekt frokost 💚 overnight oat makes the perfect breakfast

August 5, 2019 by admin Leave a Comment

Bland ingrediensene godt.

La grøten hvile minst 2 timer eller over natta.

1,5 dl havregryn

1 ss knuste linfrø

1,5dl vann

2 ss blåbærsyltetøy

Alt blandes godt sammen og hviler over natta.

Nyt!

🇬🇧🇬🇧Cold porridge made from oatmeal is a great breakfast to start the day or a perfect snack to bring on a little hike, for school or as a small lunch at work.

The nice thing about the cold porridge is that it makes itself and does not need cooking or heating.

Make the porridge in a glass with an airtight lid, in the evening, and it is ready to be eaten in the morning.

Basic recipe for cold porridge:

1.5 dl oatmeal

1.5 dl milk (oat milk, rice milk or water also works great)

Mix the ingredients well.

Let the porridge rest for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Stir well and add berries, jam/marmelade, nuts or whatever you prefer for seasoning or top off your porridge.

The porridge I am showing today is

Cold blueberry porridge

1.5 dl oatmeal

1 tbsp crushed linseed

1.5 dl water

2 tablespoons blueberry jam

mix well and let it sit in the fridge overnight.

Stir well and top with 1-2 tablespoons Greek yogurt, chopped walnuts and coconut flakes.

Enjoy!
